The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash pickup is Monday and Friday. Please remove all trash and wheel cans to end of driveway. Turn both thermostats to 78 degrees in summer and 65 in winter. Lock back doors and exit through front.
We kindly ask you place used towels in primary shower or guest bathroom bathtub.
We kindly ask to strip any used beds and placed used linens in laundry room. Please leave pillows on the beds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
