This beautiful, detached holiday home with a swimming pool accommodates 2–6 people (max. 4 adults and 2 children) and is located in the centre of Sagres on a quiet residential street. The house was built in 2005 and renovated in early 2023, so the building and furnishings are in excellent condition. Good restaurants and all shopping amenities are located in the immediate vicinity. The Algarve’s unique beaches are only 300–400 m away and easily accessible on foot. The house features 2 bedrooms with one double bed and 2 single beds (180 x 200 cm / 2 x 90 x 200 cm), a living room with an additional sleeper sofa (140 x 190 cm), free Wi-Fi access, an LCD TV with Blu-ray player, etc., a dining room, a large kitchen with comfortable furnishings, an utility room with a washing machine and dryer, and 2 bathrooms with a shower, toilet, and bidet. Two large rooftop terraces offer sunshine from morning to evening. The house also features a large, covered garden terrace and a private pool (4 x 7 metres). A large barbecue ensures cosy evenings grilling with friends and family.

Beaches: The Western Algarve/Rocky Algarve is characterised by bizarre rock formations along the cliffs and fine-sand coves with crystal-clear water. Sagres is situated on a rocky plateau surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean. The typical Algarve tourism scene is unknown here. Those seeking quiet beach coves will find them in the immediate vicinity.

Surroundings: Cabo de São Vicente:
Just 5 km from Sagres, Cabo de São Vicente juts out over the Atlantic from a breathtaking rocky landscape. A small fortress with a lighthouse marks the southwesternmost point of Europe and offers magnificent views of the Costa Vicentina.
The windswept cape, once revered by the Romans as the seat of the gods, becomes a pilgrimage site in the evening for romantics, who sit in droves on the edge of the cliffs and squint at the sunset.

Fortaleza de Sagres:
Perched on a rocky outcrop high above the sea stand the ruins of a fortress, the Vila do Infante, where Henry the Navigator is said to have systematically planned his great voyages of discovery. The current complex dates back to the 16th century. In the centre stands the small Capela Nossa Senhora de Garca. In front of the chapel is a huge compass rose with a diameter of 43 metres, laid out with stones on the ground.

West Coast:
The West Coast (Vicentina), which begins in Sagres and extends northward for over 100 km as a nature reserve, offers unique coastlines and natural landscapes.
