Why they chose this property
We chose this property because the trail system goes right through the yard. It has been a favorite spot for snowmobilers and those who like to 4-wheel because they can access the trail right there and don't have to trailer anywhere. It is a one story free standing building that has a front unit and this one in back with plenty of parking space. It is also located on Main St. Many people who grew up in Patten but moved away for work like to come back and visit family and this is their favorite place to stay. Town amenities are all within walking distance such as grocery store, post ofc, hardware store, gift store, diner, and the town park. Seasonally there is Craig's Clam Shop that is also known for their many ice cream flavors.
What makes this property unique
Being in town on Main Street and direct access to the Trail System is what makes us unique.
