Welcome to our Riverfront Carriage House, located on the historic estate grounds of Magnolia Manor On The River Circa 1810 . Where waterfront views are beyond description, whether it be sunsets, cranes, or the river wildlife. This retreat will bring perspective and peace to a busy life!



The Space:

Enjoy the waterfront views from the living room and dining areas. Two private bedrooms with luxury king mattresses, bedding and spa robes. Both bedrooms and living room feature large TV screens. The comfort and relaxing atmosphere will be refreshing! There are numerous deck steps to navigate with luggage and or access please see the pictures to ensure that it’s appropriate for you. WiFi and Cable TV provided.

The cottage was just as pretty as in the pictures! Quiet, clean, and had beautiful views right on the edge of the Ohio! The owner even left us homemade cookies on the porch one evening! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable in this home. The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our group of four. We especially appreciated how well the space worked for us and how easy and pleasant the whole experience was.The stairs were not an issue for us, but guests should be comfortable navigating stairs. Lisa was wonderful to communicate with and always responded very quickly whenever we had a question or message.We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Thank you for helping make our stay such a pleasant one!

This home is clean, aesthetically pleasing place with comfortable beds and furniture. Absolutely beautiful location overlooking the Ohio River. Enjoyed making use of the kayaks and the grills. Easy to communicate with owner. Would highly recommend!
