In the centre of Torredembarra, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 350 m from the sea, 350 m from the beach. Private: small garden (fenced). Shop, grocery, supermarket 100 m, shopping centre 19 km, restaurant 300 m, bar 150 m, bakery 400 m, café 150 m, pedestrian zone 500 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Renfe Torredembarra" 350 m. Sports harbour 1.7 km. Nearby attractions: Port Aventura 30 km, Aquopolis 35 km, Jungle Trek 9 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Bassa de les Olles 85 km, Embalse de Siurana 60 km, Pantano de Foix 33 km. Hiking paths: La Musara 56 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: main road 500 m from the property. Railway line 30 m from the property. Airfield 30 km from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Une petite maison assez ancienne, non climatisé proche de la voir chemin de fer. Location bien équipé. Très bonne accueil de l'agence. Emplacement idéal avec facilité de stationnement. Je recommande.
