Vacation Apartment No. 3 - Mantuja House

With a generous 100 m² of living space, Holiday Apartment 3 spans the upper and attic floors of Haus Mantuja. With room for up to 9 people, 4 bedrooms, two loggias, and a covered terrace in the garden, this apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing and sociable holiday with family or friends.
On the upper floor, you’ll find a bright and spacious living area with an open kitchen and a large dining area—perfect for cooking, eating, and spending time together. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it a pleasure to prepare your favourite meals. It features a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle—you’ll find everything you need here.

Also on the upper floor are two cosy bedrooms, each with a double bed (180x200). One of the bedrooms also features a sofa bed (80x200), which is ideal for an additional guest. The modern bathroom is a little spa-like highlight with a shower, a corner bathtub, and heated floors—perfect for unwinding. An additional guest bathroom provides even more comfort.
A space-saving staircase leads you to the attic, where two additional bedrooms—each with two single beds (80x200)—await you. These rooms are very cosy and ideal for children or friends who want to enjoy their own private retreat.

A special highlight is the covered terrace in the garden. Equipped with comfortable seating and a grill, it’s the perfect spot for shared meals outdoors or lively barbecue evenings—no matter the weather.

With a stunning view of the vast, unspoiled Bodden landscape, it’s sure to become your new favourite spot for relaxing getaways. Here you’ll find a large house with three individually furnished holiday apartments and a spacious garden that’s perfect for relaxing, playing, and barbecuing.
Holiday Apartment 1 and Holiday Apartment 2 are located on the ground floor and each offer a welcoming atmosphere. Holiday Apartment 1 is ideal for up to 3 people and is particularly well-suited for couples or small families looking for a cosy retreat. Right next door is Holiday Rental 2, which accommodates up to 4 people—perfect for families or friends who want to relax together.
Each apartment has its own terrace where you can start your day with a cup of coffee or wind down the evening in a relaxed atmosphere. In the mood for a barbecue? No problem—the barbecue facilities will make your outdoor experience perfect! The large garden invites you to enjoy the fresh air, let the kids play, try out the ping-pong table, or simply unwind.

For bookings between October 1 and April 30, heating costs (based on the electric heating metre) apply. These are not included in the apartment rates and will be billed according to usage.
