Villa Dream Escape is the perfect refuge for up to 6 guests who want to relax in southwest Cape Coral – right next to lush palm trees and one of the city´s many canals.

In total, this vacation home features 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and a TV. A queen-size bed and another TV are found in the second bedroom, while two single beds are located in the third one. 2 bathrooms are available for guests.

In the living area, plenty of natural light, modern furniture and charming deco elements please the eye. Here, you can unwind on leather sofas and enjoy movies on a flat-screen TV. If you like to read in a cozy ambience, you will love the sitting area with electric fireplace.

Everything you need for your meals is available in the kitchen. Amenities include a large refrigerator, oven, stove plates, microwave, dishwasher and a whole range of utensils. In addition, the kitchen counter is extra-spacious, so your whole family can join in on the cooking.

You can either dine at the living room table or in the roofed section of the lanai. With a soothing breeze and the view of Cape Coral´s canal, it will taste even better. Sun chairs and a lounge area also grace the lanai. Liddle tadpoles can use the pool at any weather, and in the evening, the jacuzzi offers steaming relaxation. In addition, there is a gas grill for barbecues.

The villa features a quiet and peaceful, yet central location. In just 5 minutes, you can drive to the supermarkets Publix and Walmart – and to the restaurants and shops on Cape Coral Parkway. 2.5 miles to the south, Tarpon Point Marina offers additional options for a night out. What is more, Cape Coral´s popular Sun Splash Family Waterpark can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Or how about a bike ride? You are more than welcome to use the villa´s bicycles.

Thanks to its proximity to the Gulf of Mexico, Cape Coral is a perfect place for boaters. The villa features a boat dock and is located right next to a saltwater canal. Thus, you can reach the Caloosahatchee River in just 15 minutes – and head for scenic spots like Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island. To make your trip even better, the villa provides beach chairs, coolers and parasols.

The house was very nice and in great location, good neighborhood, 5 minutes from the supermarket. The kitchen is well equipped, has 2 different coffee machines, and a lot of seasoning. The beds were comfortable. We enjoy the jacuzzi and the outdoors area by the pool. The manager and the owner are very attentive. We enjoyed the stay.

Wonderful house - Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful vacation home as a family of five! Everything was spotless, tastefully decorated, and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were very cozy.The private pool was a huge hit with the kids, and being so close to the canal made the outdoor space even more relaxing and scenic. The location was perfect — peaceful, yet close to shops, restaurants, and attractions.The host was fantastic and made everything easy for us. We had an amazing time and would absolutely love to stay here again!

We loved the house and the location!! The only downside is that you have to pay for electricity and it is pretty expensive for one week. If they want to charge for electricity it should be a lot less.

Gorgeous Home

This home was a lovely place to spend a week in March. It was beautifully decorated and very clean with everything we needed. We spent much of our time outside by the pool. The outdoor area felt like a resort, and we enjoyed swimming, fishing, eating, and just relaxing in the privacy of our own backyard. Our communication with the property management was quick and helpful. This is among the nicest places that we have rented from VRBO, and we hope to come again.

Some hiccups in the beginning that were resolved very quickly by the property manager. The weather was wonderful. The property was well furnished and clean. Granddaughter did not want to leave. Great restaurants close by. A dolphin stopped by and swam under our deck our last day.

Enjoyable stay in Cape Coral

Recently stayed at Dream Escape. Weather was a little cooler than normal so mainly used the hot tub. Delia and Lars were excellent property managers. The home had been gutted and redone after the hurricane and had some evidence of not being lived in as some essentials were missing. We purchased some items for the kitchen and were reimbursed and Delia quickly got other items for us. Quiet neighborhood that seemed to be more permanent residents.
