Welcome to the 3-room holiday rental, No. 106. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the first row of townhouses and offers a wonderful view of the sea. The apartment sleeps up to 4 people and is the perfect place for a relaxing family holiday. From the combined living and dining area, you can step out onto the balcony with an awning, which faces southeast. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, and oven and is open to the living and dining area. The first bedroom has a double bed (2x 80 x 195 cm), and the second bedroom has a bunk bed (each 85 x 195 cm). The bathroom with shower is located inside the apartment. The beach is just a few steps away, with no roads to cross. The parking space is located near the apartment and is included.

The holiday rental offers our guests free Wi-Fi during their stay.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can rent them for a fee for the duration of your stay.

All of our properties are non-smoking.

A laundry room is located in the complex and can be used for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers excellent conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a somewhat quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take strolls; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

A variety of recreational activities in the area around the holiday park provide plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighbouring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a petrol station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
