As advertised an excellent launching point for many cape beaches and activities. The host communicates well, and the house was plenty spacious enough for everyone staying. Wish we were still there!

The house was very clean and spacious. The downstairs master bedroom with bathroom setup was a little weird but it worked. Also, having rented other homes that had more of a “warm” feeling, this one felt more like it was unlived in. While I don’t expect a fully loaded kitchen complete with food, there was limited ways to prepare food that we had bought locally. Other places I’ve rented had more of the basics to get things done. Also, there were some simple things missing, like a toilet paper holder for the upstairs bathroom. One last thing that made it feel cold, was a lack of pictures of any kind. While I don’t need to see who lives here, some local art or paintings/pictures would be a nice touch and make it feel more welcoming. This was a good home base for our Cape Cod adventures. I would rent it again.
