Sip coffee on the front porch rockers, take a stroll around the small quiet neighborhood, or enjoy games in the large shaded backyard. Thoughtfully appointed with warm touches throughout, we can’t wait to host you & share the town we proudly call home!

The house was perfect for our family needing a place in town! Completely renovated head to toe, it is ADORABLE inside!! Like something straight off HGTV!! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and then some.The house was super clean and the property well maintained. The Host was very responsive and super easy to work with, she truly wanted us to have the best time, and we did! The back door yard was perfect for relaxing in the evening, kids and our dog had plenty of room to run around and play. I will definitely be staying here again and recommending it to friends and family needing a place in the LV area.

This house was so cute!! The owners literally thought of every detail. My teens loved the snacks & refreshments. They also had a stocked coffee bar with everything you could think of. The beds were super comfortable and we would definitely stay here again.

My family is 3rd generation 'La Vernian' and have a small cow calf operation/farm just outside La Vernia. We are heavily involved in our community in multiple volunteer groups, most especially our church, 4H club and local La Vernia Alumni & Texas A&M Club. In my spare time I love to garden, landscape and play with our menagerie of animals- dogs, cats, cows, chickens and horses. My husband and family LOVE to host and entertain, and we made decision to transform our rental into a short term rental, what a project! The transformation process was fun, and being in corporate America with heavy travel for decades- we can appreciate what a good experience, coupled with little things to 'delight' guests, means. We hope to exceed expectations of our guests, every time!
