A cosy 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor with a spacious south-facing balcony—suitable for up to 4 people.

A bright living room with a comfortable seating area, a dining table for 4 people, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and a stereo system invites you to relax. The couch in the living room can be used to accommodate up to 2 additional guests.
Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.

The open-concept kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, etc.

The cosy bedroom features a comfortable double bed with a spacious closet and plenty of storage space. A travel cot for children with a mattress is provided free of charge.

The apartment is equipped with a modern bathroom with a shower.

The underground parking space (entrance height: 2.00 m) is included in the price. Several coin-operated dryers are available for use in the building.

Complex:

This beautiful residential complex was completed in 2010. The building has 3 separate stairwells and a shared underground car park. Some apartments are rented out on a short-term basis; they are all newly and comfortably furnished and fully equipped.

Each apartment features a balcony or loggia as well as a parking space in the underground garage.

In just a few minutes’ walk (approx. 300 m), you’ll reach the beautiful Baltic Sea beach through a small strip of coastal forest.

Leider gab es bei der Belegung dieser Fewo einige "böse" Überraschungen bei der teils miserablen Ausstattung der Fewo und dem Zustand der Rollos und des sperrmüllreifen Sofas in der Wohnküche! Der dafür viel zu hohe gezahlte Preis (ca. 140,00 pro Tag) entspricht nicht der teils minderwertigen Ausstattung. Deshalb fordern wir einen Teil vom gezahlten Reisepreis zurück. Siehe nachfolgenden Wortlaut! "Hiermit zeigen wir Ihnen nachfolgend aufgelistete Mängel in der Fewo Erbengemeinschaft Schneider, Haus Odin in der R.-Wossidlo-Str. 33 in Graal-Müritz nach Absprache mit Frau Bohnsack an. Leider wurde unsere Urlaubsgefühl durch die vorhandenen Mängel und den fehlenden erwarteten Komfort beeinträchigt. Aus diesem Grund machen wir eine Minderung unseres gezahlten Buchungspreise um mindesrens 300,00 Euro geltend. Auflistung der Mängel: - beschädigte und gekürzte Rollos-kaputter Lampenschirm am Spiegel im Bad-keine Glühbirne in Lampe neben Fernseher-zerschlissenes und durchgelegenes Sofa-verdreckte, fleckige rote Decken im Schlafzimmerschrank-keine Mückenschutzgagen an den Fenstern-kein Abflussstöpsel in der Küchenspüle-keine Haken zum Aufhängen im Bad-keine Ablagemöglichkeit in Dusche-defekte Warmwasserregulierung am Waschbeckenboiler im Bad-nur einseitige Öffnung des Schlafzimmerfenstets möglich- Spinnenkokon am Wohnzimmerfenster auf Grund nicht geputzter Fenster"
