About this property

50 Steps To The Lakeside

Old style villa very close (approximately 50-70 meters) to lake Balaton. You don't have to get in a car to go swimming, just take a few steps in your swimsuit.

Completely independent with its own private garden, you don't have to adapt to others, everything is private. Great terrace, cozy garden. Parking place inside the yard. Bars and restaurants near by the shore. Can be booked maximum 4 adult or maximum 4 adult and 2 children. Ideal for one big family.

It consists of 3 bedroom: one of them with double bed, and two other with two single bed, bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Basic equipment in the kitchen (gas stove, dishwasher sink, fridge with small freezer, coffee machine, and microwave. The living room, and the terrace is equipped with a table and 4 chairs.

Non smoking house.

It's a wifi-free zone, if you need internet, you have to provide it yourself!

If you require, we can provide two adult bicycles at your own risk.

The property's electrical system is not suitable for charging vehicles, so it is not permitted!

Animals are allowed your own risk (the hedgehogs always spreads the fence).

Pretty little House

The Contakt with the owner was great. He supported us all the time. The house was clean and the interior was enough. The beach and the water was also clean. Next to the house you have a lot of restaurants. All in: we have a good time!

Small House, 3 Bedrooms, 2 of them very small, tiny kitchen and bathroom, simple accomodation, for a Maximum of 4 vacationers okay, peaceful area. Host very friendly. Short walk to the lake, but about 5 km to the entertainment mile, harbour and City center, near of the House only fast food restaurants. Bicycles are very useful.

Een karakteristiek huis, basic maar alles wat je nodig hebt. Mooie groene beschutte tuin met terras, waar je zowel zon als schaduw hebt. 50 meter van het Balatonmeer. Ligging van het huis is perfect.Het contact met de eigenaren liep zeer snel en heel prettig. Kortom een heerlijke tijd gehad.

Petite maison charmante

Excellente localisation (à seulement 100 Mètres de la place du lac Balaton. Excellent quartier pavillonnaire de vacance. Excellente grande terrasse à l'entrée de la maison. Excellente communication avec le propriétaire. Je recommande à réserver cette location pour son excellent rapport qualité/prix. S'il y aura amélioration de quelques installation d'équipements tel que wifi, Machine laver-linges, cette location va sûrement monter encore 1 à 2 niveaux de classe..

Unkompliziert und erholsam

Das Häuschen liegt in einer ruhigen Straße und ist tatsächlich nur wenige Schritte vom Plattensee entfernt. Das hat den Vorteil, dass man die Zeit sogar im Garten verbringen kann und zum abkühlen, mal kurz zum See gehen kann, falls man keine Lust auf den Trubel hat. Es ist im Ferienhaus alles vorhanden, was man braucht, wenn man Gerichte auf dem Gasherd kochen möchte. Leider gab es keinen Supermarkt in Fußnähe, aber dafür einen Imbiss, eine Pizzeria, Burger und Eis. Wir sind manchmal zu Fuß Richtung Siofok gelaufen und haben uns dann E-Roller gemietet ( nur Ü18) um im SPAR einzukaufen, haben Ausflüge gemacht und ansonsten den Garten mit vielen Vögeln, Eichhörnchen und Sonne genossen. Das Haus war blitzsauber, die Vermieter sehr freundlich und innerhalb von Minuten für Rückfragen erreichbar. Ich würde das Haus noch einmal buchen, aber dann Fahrräder mitnehmen und würde auf die Hälfte der Trockenpflanzen im Haus verzichten wollen, da es zwar nett aussieht, aber man zu vier Personen jede Stellfläche braucht. Es ist ein ursprünglicher Urlaub mit Familie und Freunden möglich und der Plattensee mit seinem klaren Wasser und den Sonnenuntergängen immer wunderbar.

Schönes Haus direkt am Balaton

Schönes kleines Häuschen mit kleinem Garten direkt am Balaton (50 Meter). Auto kann im Garten geparkt werden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderbar. Die Ausstattung gibt alles her, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Die Vermieter sind immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Erholungsurlaub

Gute Unterkunft und für einen Erholungsurlaub völlig ausreichend. Allerdings keine deutschen Fernsehprogramme. Einkaufsmöglichkeit,Restaurants und Eis-Cafe sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Lage des Hauses ist super.Der Balaton mit Liegewiese ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr nette Vermieter.Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Vielen Dank!

Net huisje dicht bij het balatonmeer

Mooi huisje dicht bij het balatonmeer. Het ontvangst was erg welkom en de aankomst- en vertrektijden waren erg flexibel. Als je opzoek bent naar een rustige vakantie bij het balatonmeer zou ik dit huisje zeker aanraden.
