The garden apartment is located on the ground floor of the right half of the house. The double bedroom (1.60 cm bed) and a single bedroom (90 cm bed) open onto the backyard. The third bedroom is a single room (90 cm bed) with a view of the dike. From the living room, with its corner couch, you can step out into the garden with a terrace, which offers a magnificent, unobstructed view of the marshes. Adjacent to the living room is the modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. From the entryway, you can access the bathroom with a tub and shower, as well as the separate toilet. Both the bathroom and the toilet have windows.
The sauna with a shower is located in a separate entrance. (Available to guests from 3 units in the building for a fee)
