The MB31 studio apartment for 2 people is located in a quiet area near the beach on the 3rd floor of the Haus Meeresbrandung building in Cuxhaven-Duhnen.

The apartment features a double fold-out bed, a practical kitchenette, Wi-Fi, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The sunny south-facing balcony is perfect for relaxing. The holiday rental is a non-smoking unit, and dogs are welcome. Guests have access to the building’s swimming pool and free sauna. To access the swimming pool, take the lift down to the basement; from there, a staircase leads to the entrance area. A private parking space (No. 31) is included in the price. The beach, restaurants, shopping, the Ahoi-Bad, and the centre of Duhnen are all just a few minutes’ walk away. Ideal for a relaxing North Sea holiday for two in a central location.

Nein. Es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Die Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Haus ist schon sehr nostalgisch. Als Ferienwohnung würde ich das Zimmer nicht bezeichnen. Die Sauna und das Schwimmbad waren eher beängstigend als einladend. Der Bauschutt auf dem Balkon war vollkommen inakzeptabel.
