The 24 m² holiday apartment "LandZeit" is located on the ground floor of a family home built in 2022. It is step-free and accommodates up to 3 guests. The living/sleeping area features a double bed and a sleeper chair (unfolded 77x190 cm, suitable for children/teenagers), plus a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. High-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, towels, and bed linen are provided. A private open terrace and a parking space on the property complete the offer.



In Neukirch, just 4 minutes away by car, you will find a supermarket, bakery, post office, and ATMs; restaurants and cafés are also nearby. Directly opposite is a farm with a farm shop (open daily 7:00–20:00).



The accommodation is set in a rural area between Lake Constance and the Allgäu—ideal for relaxing and as a base for excursions. Friedrichshafen, Lindau, and Ravensburg are about 25–30 minutes away by car, Wangen and Tettnang about 13–15 minutes, Lake Constance about 25 minutes, and the Pfänder (Austria, with Alpine views) about 35 minutes.



Please note: Fiber optic cables are currently being installed in the village, which may temporarily make passage on some roads more difficult. The apartment, terrace, and parking space are not affected and remain fully accessible.
