From here, you also have access to the balcony.<br><br>The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. A new stove with an oven rounds out the amenities.<br><br>A large bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and access to the balcony.<br><br>A large bathroom with a shower and bathtub.<br><br>On the sunny balcony overlooking the vineyards, you can make yourself comfortable under the electric awning (installed 08/25) or wind down the day with a glass of wine.<br><br>A parking space for your car is available free of charge right next to the house.
