Die Lage ist sehr Zentral, die Westerländer Straße ist kaum zu hören und die Terrasse samt Möblierung und Strandkorb ist Spitze. Pollenallergiker müssen im Frühling aufpassen, da auch eine große Birke im Garten steht. Ansonsten ist dieses Appartement sehr empfehlenswert.
