In a small village above Klausen, the Marialisa Apartments offer you a magnificent view of the mountains. The 50 m² accommodation features one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom, and two covered panoramic balconies with unobstructed, beautiful mountain views. It is located on the top floor and faces south and west. The apartment accommodates two to four people. Additional amenities include a free covered parking space, high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), heating, satellite and cable TV, as well as various books and information brochures.



You have access to a shared outdoor area with whirlpool, sun loungers, garden, terrace, table tennis, foosball, relaxation zone, lounge, barbecue, and outdoor shower. The heated whirlpool is open from May to the end of October.



The holiday apartment is located in the center of the small village of Gufidaun in the heart of South Tyrol. Restaurants, a pizzeria, and a supermarket are just a two-minute walk away. The accommodation is situated in the Eisack Valley, on a small hill between the popular towns of Bolzano and Brixen, at the entrance to the Val Gardena and Villnöss valleys, and in close proximity to the Dolomites.



The accommodation is ideal for couples and small families. A baby cot and high chair are available. One pet is welcome for a fee. A ski depot is provided. You also have a storage room for motorbikes and bicycles.
