Superior Holiday Apartment 'Marialisa Tulpe' with Mountain View, Whirlpool & Wi-Fi

In a small village above Klausen, the Marialisa Apartments offer a magnificent view of the mountains. The 48 m² accommodation features a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a covered panoramic balcony with impressive, unobstructed mountain views, accommodating 2 to 4 guests. The apartment is on the top floor and faces west. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), heating, satellite and cable TV, and various books. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.



There is a shared outdoor area with a whirlpool, sun loungers, garden, terrace, table tennis, foosball, relaxation zone, lounge, barbecue, and outdoor shower. The heated whirlpool is open from May to October.



The holiday apartment is located in the center of a small village in the heart of South Tyrol, in the Eisack Valley, on a small hill between the popular towns of Bolzano and Brixen, at the entrance to the Gröden and Villnöss valleys, close to the Dolomites.



A covered parking space or garage is available. The accommodation is ideal for couples and small families. One pet is welcome for a fee. A ski depot is provided. There is also a storage room for motorbikes and bicycles. Recycling rules apply; further information is available on site.
