About this property

Flat Breva is the southern part of a charming Lombard country house with two holiday flats, individually modernised with private charm and ambience. Several outdoor areas as a true holiday paradise: The covered furnished terrace at the entrance of the holiday home, the richly planted garden with playground and sunbathing lawn with brick-built dining table, barbecue and deck chairs directly on the lake. The large lake terrace half with dining table and deckchairs as a highlight. The name Breva is known for the popular southerly wind on Lake Como - your holiday address is also an oasis for versatile
water sports - sailing, surfing, kiting, rowing with kayak, canoe or simply with the air mattress. Stairs with a garden gate lead to the beach. The surroundings: Next to it is the Vento-Tivano holiday flat, uphill is the lakeside road. In the neighbourhood is the private property of the friendly landlord's family with a small family car repair shop and parking spaces.

A garden gate with a few steps next to the large shared lakeside terrace leads to the lakeside path and the shallow pebble beach.

Furnished with Lombard furniture in an old/new mix, light and friendly, and with tiled floors.

The covered terrace leads into the entrance hallway with double bedroom facing the sea and bathroom with shower.
A stone staircase leads to the kitchen-dining room with panoramic living area.

A steep wooden staircase leads to the sleeping gallery with two single beds and limited headroom.

Great value for money - friendly landlord family who also use the shared property at times with family/friends.
The large property is often used alone - everyone is welcome.
For water sports enthusiasts an oasis with lots of space and opportunities.

Private parking at the house, access via a large gate from the shore road.

Die Wohnung ist nett und ansprechend, sehr sauber und mit guten Handtüchern und Bettwäsche ausgestattet. Es gibt eine tolle Terrasse direkt am See, einen schönen Garten und noch eine überdachte Terrasse direkt am Eingang der Wohnung. Der Vermieter Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße und man hört den Verkehr im Haus - dies war nicht so schön.
