The picturesque natural stone house “Ai Ronchi” is perched above Gravedona in a privileged sunny and panoramic location overlooking Lake Como. The detached house has large balconies, a furnished panoramic terrace, and a beautiful, partly rustic hillside garden with grapevines.

Please be careful with small children and dogs, as the garden is only partially fenced.

A pretty Romanesque church, picturesque vineyards, and a few houses make for a nature-rich neighborhood. The mountain village of Negrana is about 300 meters away. The dining table and sun loungers on the large terrace with lake views invite you to spend the whole day outdoors and enjoy the view.

Within a few minutes by car, you can reach beautiful beaches, some of which are gently sloping, offering many water sports opportunities.

The “Rustico ai Ronchi” has been lovingly furnished to a high standard in a modern country house style. Each room benefits from the airy hillside location and offers beautiful views and access to a balcony or terrace. Stone floors in warm colors and fragrant vases reflect the Mediterranean climate of Lake Como.

From the panoramic terrace, you enter the large living area with a double sofa bed, armchair, coffee table, dining table set, pellet stove, and modern, well-equipped open kitchen.

The spacious living area extends across the entire ground floor and has access to the large lake view terrace. A stone staircase with wrought iron railings leads to the sleeping area on the upper floor: a double bedroom with a walk-in closet, which you can reach via a staircase to the attic, and a twin bedroom. Also on the upper floor is the modern bathroom with shower.

The “Rustico ai Ronchi” offers you accommodation with a dream view above the lake, yet you can reach beautiful Gravedona in just a few minutes. A paradise not only for hikers and mountain bikers, but also for those seeking peace and quiet, cultural travelers, and water sports enthusiasts who like to retreat to their private realm time and again. Signora Loredana, the extremely friendly and courteous landlady, grew up in the village and is very attentive to the well-being of her guests. Rustico ai Ronchi presents itself to its guests as well-kept and inviting. The vacation home invites you to enjoy the mild climate of the region all year round.

There is a small garage in the basement of your vacation home, which you can access via a wrought-iron garden gate and a slight serpentine around your terrace plateau.
PLEASE NOTE: The garage is only suitable for small vehicles, not for large or low-slung cars. These can be parked in the outdoor parking space.

The following services can be booked additionally:
- Only small pets are allowed for stays of 10 days or more, €6 per night
- Baby cot €3 per night
- Baby chair €2 per night

The following costs must be paid on site:
- Heating according to consumption, only when used, €1.50 per m³
- Tourist tax: 1,50 euro per day/person

A security deposit of 200.00 EUR in cash is required upon arrival. The deposit will be returned to you upon departure.
