The apartment and location were perfect! Being able to walk downstairs and simply cross the street to a bakery/coffee shop, an international breakfast spot, and several other shops nearby was so convenient. The subway station was also just a short walk away, which made it easy to explore even more of the area.The apartment itself was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again if we’re in the area! Highly recommend!

This was the most disappointing VRBO stay we have ever had. It was disgustingly filthy. Anthony only spent time telling me how they had fixed the washer/ dryer to only open it to find mold and it left the clothes stinking. I messaged Anthony and asked him for clean towels and got radio silence even though the four towels that were there stunk and I have a picture of the state of one of the towels that was left to use. When we walked in as the repair man was finishing fixing the washer he’s using the only kitchen towel all over the filthy floor. The only way I had anything clean was if I washed it myself and the dryer is so bad on the washing machine that you have to air dry everything. should’ve just gone to the laundromat and not cared if I had a washer and dryer The beds were so uncomfortable. I spent my entire week on a horrible couch that was still better than the bed. Husbands know wives don’t say enough….I wish I would’ve listened to my husband, I wish I would’ve listened to my husband and stayed in daily cleaned establishment, at least I would have had clean towels, floors, shower, no pink rings in the toilet, toilet paper (as there was none in the apartment)instead of being in disgusting who knows when it was cleaned apt that was louder than loud, hot and miserably uncomfortable. The only positive thing was it was a safe area. The parking is nonexistent unless you park multiple blocks away I wish there was something nice to say about the place! Horrible place!

Nice and comfortable apartment. Choice of food around, grocery stores. Fully equipped kitchen if you choose to cook. The host available when needed. Easy and seamless check in.

For me, this was a great spot in the perfect location visiting family in Queens. Your mileage may vary with that ... But it's just about everything you could ask for in a 2 bedroom NY apartment.The only thing I'd want to see before I go back, is for the washer/dryer to be fixed, and for the host to install some towel racks in the bathroom. We had three of us and figuring out how to dry our towels off was a problem. Other than that, no complaints!
