Located right in the new section of the Grachtenpark, in a quiet yet central location, this exclusive holiday rental is situated in the first row along the Greetsieler Sieltief, this new (completion in September 2022) and high-quality holiday apartment, furnished with great attention to detail, guarantees a comfortable stay. The holiday rental features a shared dock with direct access to the water.

Grachtensteern boasts a spacious living-dining area that invites you to linger. The color-coordinated, nautical-inspired furnishings immediately create a cosy atmosphere. Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the apartment create a light-filled ambiance. Privacy is ensured by the pleated blinds on all windows. Furthermore, all windows are equipped with insect screens. The adjoining south-facing balcony is the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Here, you can spend wonderful evenings sipping a cup of tea or a glass of wine while watching the boats go by.

High-quality and stylishly furnished, this accommodation leaves nothing to be desired and spoils its guests even on dreary Nordic days with a crackling fireplace and underfloor heating, which transform the living area into an absolute oasis of comfort. Snuggle up on the cosy, large L-shaped sofa and watch the stormy weather through the large windows with a cup of East Frisian tea after a long walk in the brisk breeze.

Indoor entertainment is provided by three flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedrooms, board games, and a selection of books. A Bose sound system is also available in the living room. For added comfort, box-spring beds are provided in every bedroom. The master bedroom is equipped with a double box-spring bed (180x200 with an open foot end), a TV, and electric blinds. This way, you can relax and sleep in a little longer. The converted attic features two single box-spring beds (each 90x180 with an open foot end), which can be pushed together if needed. Additionally, the attic has been fitted with blackout pleated blinds. You’re sure to sleep well no matter where you are. You’ll also find a second bathroom and a smart TV in the attic.

The fully equipped kitchen, with its perfect array of appliances, will spark the interest of even the most self-confessed non-cooks and help you serve up the most delicious creations. Perhaps you’d like to try some freshly caught crabs bought straight from the fishing boat? With this backdrop, everything just tastes better… That’s what a holiday is all about!
The apartment’s amenities include: a modern, high-quality kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, plenty of dishes and cutlery, East Frisian tea set, raised oven, freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack, hand mixer, and much more.

In addition, this accommodation offers a shed for your bicycles, where you can conveniently charge them.

The town centre, with its famous fishing boat harbour and historic buildings, is just a few minutes’ walk away. Grachtensteern is the ideal starting point for bike tours along the Leybucht towards Norddeich or to the famous Pilsum Lighthouse.
