This approximately 83 m² holiday apartment is located on the top floor of a small, very tastefully decorated house. The building is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac yet remains centrally located in Grömitz. Various shopping options and restaurants, as well as the Grömitz Golf Course and the Arche Noa Zoo, are in the immediate vicinity. The beautiful Baltic Sea beach is about a 15-minute walk away.

The living room is furnished with a corner sofa, a side table, and a large dining table. For entertainment, the living area features a flat-screen TV and a stereo system with CD/Blu-ray player. Adjacent to the living area is a southwest-facing balcony furnished with a beach chair, table, and chairs.

The open-concept kitchen in the living area features a 4-burner induction cooktop, oven, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle.

Both bedrooms feature large double beds, wardrobes, and an armchair each. One bedroom also has an additional TV. The marble bathroom is equipped with a shower and a bathtub. There is also a guest bathroom.

A highlight of this apartment is a seasonal beach chair, which can be used free of charge at Grömitz Beach.

A free parking space is available right next to the house. There is ample space for your bicycles in the covered entryway.
