Pietro was very responsive- the booking agency created a bit of confusion. I would communicate with Pietro directly via What’s app. The apartment was immaculate, and accessible to Old Monopoli.

Monopoli/ Monopoli

The house was a great place to stay and the pics were right on. It had numerous attractions and great restaurants that were in town and walkable. Additionally, Polignano, Albertoville, Matera and others were a short drive away, We had a great time in the area and enjoyed our stay.

Our apartment was perfect! It’s steps from the beach and a quick walk to the old port and old town. It was even better than the pictures! Pietro is a gracious host and very communicative. Parking is in front and free and there’s a good grocery store across the street. Monopoli is a great location for exploring Puglia. We would definitely stay there again. Grazie, Pietro!

Parking was readily available & free. Centre Al to everything & grocery store was across the street. The tourist tax was double what our confirmation stated. The biggest disappointment was the lack of towels ( 3 bath towels for 5 adults & no tea towels).

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the location and parking. We sincerely apologize for any confusion regarding the tourist tax; it has recently increased to €2 per person per night, and we appreciate your understanding as we update our booking confirmations. Regarding the towels, there was a small oversight during the changeover, and we regret any inconvenience this may have caused. Please remember, if you encounter any issues during your stay, don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly so we can address them right away. We would love the opportunity to welcome you back in the future! Your feedback means a lot to us! Best regards, Your Holidu Team.

The apartment was close to grocery stores, bakeries, rotisserie chicken, cafes. Although there was no view of the sea it was a short walk. The historical center was also about a 15 minute walk so very manageable. The apartment itself had all the amenities. Very clean. Our host provided guidance of local places whenever we asked. A bonus was free parking. It was a great place.
