The room was nice, but there was multiple times I asked for something but I needed to talk to someone else to have it resolved.For example, I found dried blood on my sheets. I asked for replacement sheets and it took a couple of weeks to get new ones.I also ran out of coffee and it was hard to get it replaced.

Hi and thank you for your helpful feedback! We strive to provide our guests with a 5 star experience on every stay and we are so sorry that was not your experience with us! We are a bit confused as the blood was reported several weeks into your stay with us, we can assure our future guests the linens were not presented this way at check in. I am glad we were able to provide you with some additional linens in order to make your stay come comfortable! In regards to the coffee, as a courtesy we do provide a good amount of coffee pods for our guests but since your stay was 5 weeks long, its not typical of any short term rental to restock these after they are all used. Again, I'm so glad we were able to provide you with some more as a courtesy. Thanks again for staying with us and we hope to provide you with a 5 star stay next time!
