"Fledermaus" Vacation Apartment with a View of the Countryside - Vacation Apartment

Our "Fledermaus" holiday rental in the Gelbensande district of the Baltic Sea resort town of Graal-Müritz is a 4-room duplex apartment with a view of the countryside, located in a holiday rental complex. The apartment features three bedrooms, each with its own separate bathroom with a shower. A beautiful, newly redesigned living room with an open-concept kitchen and access to the balcony invites you to relax and socialise.

The apartment offers free parking and is located in the coastal forest just past the town limits of Graal-Müritz, in a wooded area in the Gelbensande district.

A bike path runs right past the property, leading to the centre of Graal-Müritz. The Baltic Sea beach is just a few minutes’ bike ride away through the forest. The train station is approximately 1.5 km away.

A wide range of amenities for our youngest guests is also available. The apartment is modern and functionally furnished. It was built in 2009 and was last renovated in 2021.



Holiday rental:

The holiday rental is located on the 1st and 2nd floors. It features three bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet. On the upper floor, there is also an open-concept living area with a seating area, a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet, an open kitchenette, and access to a balcony with a view. There is a free parking space in front of the house.

The 4-room apartment, spread over two floors, features three bedrooms, each with a separate shower room, and can accommodate up to 6 people.

The attic also features an open living area with a sitting area, a separate bathroom with shower and toilet, an open kitchenette, and access to the balcony with a view. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.

The large double bedroom on the ground floor also features a kitchenette.

A Smart TV and Wi-Fi are available in every bedroom as well as in the living area.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Super tolle Ferienwohnung. Schöne Aufteilung, Klasse Ausstattung. Top. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und der Vermieter war sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder.

Eine sehr schöne Woche

Die Wohnung war sauber und geräumig. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Zum Strand ist es ein Fußweg von ca. 20 Minuten. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es viele Sehenswürdigkeiten. Nach Wismar und Rostock ist es auch nicht sehr weit. Für Menschen, die nicht unbedingt Strandurlaub machen wollen, wird es nicht langweilig. Da die Wohnung in einem Ferienpark liegt, muss man sich darauf einstellen, dass es etwas lauter zugeht, wenn man auf dem Balkon sitzt. Es war für uns eine sehr schöne Woche. Trotz des zum Teil schlechten Wetters. Ich kann die Wohnung und auch Graal-Müritz nur empfehlen.

Für jeden ein Schlafzimmer

Wir hatten 4 schöne Tage in Graal-Müritz. Die Wohnung liegt außerhalb. Daher sind wir immer mit dem PKW in den Ort gefahren. Reiterhof in der Nähe den wir genutzt haben. Der Gemeinschaftsraum ist für 4 Personen ausreichend, zu sechst nicht zu empfehlen. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Für uns war die Wohnung super. Verdunklungsgardinen in den Schlafräumen wären schön gewesen. Dafür war bestes W-Lan vorhanden. Grundsätzlich war die Wohnung sauber. Aber die kleinen Regale in den Bädern waren z. B. nicht abgewischt und voller Staub. Insgesamt für 4 auf jeden Top. Wir würden es wieder buchen.
