Outdoor shower, patio, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 450 m, supermarket 1.7 km, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop "Farmacia Salort" 2.5 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 2.6 km. Sports harbour 2.6 km, golf course (9 hole) 4.1 km, surf school 2.4 km, sailing school 2.6 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Villa Angelo Javea

Das Haus zeigt deutlich die Spuren von acht Jahren ununterbrochener Vermietung – es ist abgenutzt. Die Küchenfronten hängen schief, die Schubladen sind verzogen, die Matratzen sind von billigster Qualität, und die Möbel sind stark abgenutzt und eigentlich nicht mehr brauchbar. Der Esstisch ist ein altes, billiges, dunkles chinesisches Modell mit Glasrändern, dazu stehen einfache weiße Küchenstühle, die nie ein Set waren. Der Fernseher ist lediglich ein Computermonitor, und das WLAN funktioniert

Mooi zwembad , niet verwarmd en geen cover maar in juni was dit niet nodig. De infrastructuur van het huis is volledig verouderd. De ijskast trok niet voldoende en de tuinstoelen waren in een erbarmelijke staat . De wifi is niet beveiligd en werkt niet naar behoren. Een goede parasol zou aangenaam geweest zijn met een goede parasolvoet . De verhouding prijs kwaliteit is goed . De ligging is top.

Très belle maison, extérieur absolument superbe. Emplacement calme et à la fois proche de l'Arenal. Les ventilateurs dans les chambres sont très appréciables. Il manquait juste un parasol près de la piscine.
