Luv - Haus Luv & Haus Lee - Nordseebad Burhave

The Luv holiday home is a semi-detached house in the North Sea resort town of Burhave in Hoddersdiek.

The house, which includes a sauna, is 110 m² and can accommodate up to 8 people plus one toddler. It spans two floors.
The ground floor features a spacious living and dining area with a separate kitchen. You’ll also find one of the two bathrooms here, equipped with a shower and toilet. The living room opens onto the patio.
On the upper floor of the semi-detached home is another bathroom with a sauna, bathtub, shower, and toilet. You’ll also find the three bedrooms here. They are arranged as follows: one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms, each with two single beds, two of which are pull-out beds.

- Energy costs are billed year-round based on usage; metres are read and bills are issued on the day of departure
- 100 EURO security deposit if you perform the final cleaning yourself




The Luv half of the house is laid out as follows:


Ground floor: Living room with dining area, separate kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, hallway


Upper floor: three bedrooms, one with a double bed, bathroom with sauna, shower, bathtub, and toilet


The entire house is equipped with electric exterior blinds. A grill is available on the terrace.


Admission to the Spielscheune and the Nordseelagune is included for guests.



The Luv & Lee semi-detached house is located in the North Sea resort of Burhave in Hoddersdiek.

The property consists of two separate semi-detached houses: Luv and Lee. Both semi-detached houses measure 110 square metres each and can accommodate up to 7 people plus 1 toddler. They span two floors.
Each semi-detached house has 2 bathrooms, one of which features a sauna and a bathtub. Furthermore, both semi-detached houses each have 3 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed and 2 with single beds. 
All single beds are pull-out beds and therefore provide additional sleeping options.

The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating and features electric exterior roller shutters and one parking space per unit.

Both semi-detached houses share an utility room accessible from the outside, which contains a coin-operated washing machine and dryer.

Please note that our accommodation is rented exclusively for tourist stays. Rentals to construction workers are not permitted.

A barbecue area is available.

Admission to the North Sea Lagoon and the play barn is free.

Wi-Fi is available for a fee of 20 per stay.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
