Anfang Oktober 2022 haben wir diese Wohnung für einen knapp 2-wöchigen Urlaub gebucht. Um es vor weg zu sagen: Es war perfekt! Alles hat gepasst. Von der Abwicklung der Buchung, der Wohnungsübergabe bis zum Auszug gibt es nur Positives zu sagen. Und erst die Wohnung. Sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Mit vielen liebevollen Details. Die in das Bad integrierte Sauna als ein besonderes Highlight darf nicht unerwähnt bleiben. Der Eigentümer hat nichts dem Zufall überlassen. Hier geht es wohl nicht um das "schnelle Geld", sondern um dem Gast ein perfektes Rundumpaket zu bieten. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Preis/Leistung top. Es ist nicht nur so dahin gesagt, denn wir haben jahrelange Erfahrungen mit Ferienwohnungen und -häusern. Wir bedanken uns recht herzlich beim Verwalter und Eigentümer.

Vielen Dank für den tollen Kurzurlaub, den ich im Südstrand 44 verbringen durfte

Vielen Dank für den tollen Kurzurlaub, den ich im Südstrand 44 verbringen durfte. Die Wohnung 16 läßt keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist picobello sauber, die Möbel und das Innendesign sind richtig chic. Da kann man sich für zuhause etwas abschauen. Die Sonne begrüßt einen morgens auf dem großen Balkon und wenn es abends mal frischer ist, kann man sich in der eigenen Sauna entspannen. Auch die offene Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, sodass man nicht täglich essen gehen muss. Der Strand ist für Kinder ideal und ist so nah, sodass man auch eben mal schnell ohne viel Aufwand schon vorm Frühstück ins Wasser springen kann. Ich komme wieder!
