The people there are absolutely lovely, communicative, and helpful! Niko in particular was extraordinary in his helpfulness, and the young girls that run around the property are super kind. As far as the property itself, it unfortunately did not meet our expectations. There are an !!unbelievable!! amount of steps that have to be traversed to navigate this property. A member of our group has a hard time walking and this was a really difficult time for them (the booking said no-step access, which was false). However, the rest of the group, who are all relatively in shape, struggled with the steps too! It is a workout to get around the property. We booked the studio suite and it really did not live up to the images. There was still trash from the last guests, an unfinished area behind the couch with a mattress thrown there, used food in the fridge, broken lights, cobwebs, broken pieces of walling/insulation in the closet. It just wasn’t taken care of and skeeved all of us out, and it felt really dated (which is not the vibe you get from the images). After voicing our complaints to the staff, they very kindly moved our group to two different rooms, which were much, much better than the studio. These didn’t feel spotless either, which is really important for me, but it was certainly clean enough. Nonetheless, the view from this property is priceless, and it feels like there is potential, but I just think the upkeep needs a lot of work. I personally would not rebook.
