We chose this house to have our team builder and we couldn’t be more elated. Excellent communication from the host and an amazing gift basket waiting when we got there. The property is 12 minutes away for pretty much anything you wanna do and you can’t beat the scenery! Wonderful experience.

The cabin was really spacious and met the needs of our trip for our large party size. The cabin was high up in the mountains (so be prepared). This was a bit scary for us because we had multiple vehicles including a transit van. View was amazing. Firepit ran out of propane and maintenance was not available to come and bring a new can. It was a bummer because it was out last night and we wanted to roast marshmallows and make smores. The property management did offer to reimburse if we bought ourselves. Other than that, they were very responsive to requests and questions. Wi-Fi worked okay, it took a while to get the streaming to connect on the tv in the movie room but after a good 15mins of troubleshooting it came up. Hot tubs and swim spa were a nice perk. Oh and the bears were definitely real and walking around looking for food, but we did not have any issues with them. Traffic was horrible on the way there; cabin was a 20-30min drive from Gatlinburg but very close to Dollywood. Overall great experience!
