The large terrace and the fenced-in garden on the terrace level are exclusively at your disposal.
Location
Hartenfels is located not far from the Westerwald Lake District.
Within a 4-km radius, you can reach 6 lakes and ponds on foot or by bike. Here you’ll find a golf course, an adventure playground, mini-golf, boat rentals, campsites, restaurants, and much more.
Hiking and biking trails, as well as starting points for motorcycle tours, are right on your doorstep, or you can take lovely day trips to the Rhine, Moselle, and Lahn rivers. By car, you have quick access to Montabaur, Koblenz, Limburg, and the A3 highway towards Cologne and Frankfurt am Main. 
There is a butcher shop in town that serves lunch. Supermarkets, pharmacies, other shopping options, and doctors are plentiful within a 4–8 km radius in Herschbach and Selters WW.

Outdoor Area
The wraparound terrace offers both sunny and shaded areas from sunrise to sunset. The terrace is equipped with a seating area, umbrellas, and two lounge chairs. The view to the south extends as far as the Köppel observation tower, 20 km away. The panoramic view is interrupted only by a few trees. The fenced-in garden is child- and dog-friendly.
Bicycles can be securely parked on the terrace. Two parking spaces are available in front of the apartment.

Special Features
The apartment has its own entrance and access from the parking space to the terrace and garden. Due to staggered levels (2 steps), the apartment is not wheelchair-accessible and is only partially suitable for small children. The furnishings are timelessly modern. The floors are covered with vinyl or tile for optimal hygiene.



2-bedroom apartment:

The holiday rental, particularly the living-dining area, is bright thanks to the large windows and features modern furnishings. 
Living-dining area: furnished with a leather sofa, TV, extendable dining table with 4 chairs
Kitchen-dining area: equipped with a Monsieur Cuisine food processor, oven, dishwasher, large ceramic cooktop, and, of course, a refrigerator, pots, dishes, etc.
Bedroom: Double bed (180 x 200 cm) with spring mattresses and an additional topper, chest of drawers, wardrobe, mirror
Bathroom: Vanity unit, toilet, shower with a large hinged door and a low threshold (2 cm)
The bathroom is accessible directly from the bedroom and also from the hallway.
Storage room: Washing machine, small freezer, and space for groceries and cleaning supplies
2nd hallway with sleeping alcove, pull-out sofa bed for 1 person or child, and coat rack



On-site costs: Included: Heating, parking space, water, final cleaning, towels, use of the washing machine. Not included: Dogs are permitted upon request and can be booked for a flat fee of 20.00 euros.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 3:00 PM, and check-out is from 10:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
