You’ll find everything from cookware to bakeware, plus a Keurig stocked with coffee. Also a Traditional Coffee maker. Prefer to grill? Step out to the private rear deck with BBQ and outdoor dining.

-3rd Bedroom Downstairs: : 1 Queen Bed, and 1 Bunk bed with a twin over a double bed. A full bathroom is just down the hall. Direct Outdoor patio access.

Every bed includes plush linens, extra pillows, with plenty of closet space and hooks for your belongings.

Outdoor Living

Step onto the back deck or lower patio to find the ultimate relaxation spot overlooking the 4th green of Woodlands Golf Course and watching the westerly sky with occasional views of Sisters and Mt Bachelor and a private hot tub with multiple jetted seats. Lounge under the stars in the fresh pine air, enjoy outdoor dining at the large table. The garage is stocked with ping pong and cornhole for family fun.

The large flat driveway offers plenty of off street parking right in front of the home. There is no on-street parking allowed in Sunriver.

Other things to note
NO pets allowed. There will be a $500 additional cleaning fee imposed for violations to this policy.
No parties or events, to respect the quiet surrounding neighborhood.

Heating/Cooling: Home has a central thermostat. Please message me ASAP if you need any help with controls.
Hot Tub (This is new starting July 1): Serviced & Pre-heated before arrival; ALWAYS close lid between soaks.

We do not use a 3rd party property manager to make sure you get the best experience possible.
