Nestled in the heart of a lush estate with a small château, your vacation home offers a 300 m² private garden and free access to the landscaped park spanning several hectares. Located at the entrance to the seaside resort of Bénodet, you're just a few minutes' walk or bike ride from the beaches, promenade, cafes, restaurants, shops, casino, and thalassotherapy center.

Bénodet charms with its exceptional location at the mouth of the Odet, considered the most beautiful river in Brittany. Between family-friendly beaches and surf spots facing the Atlantic, the resort offers a relaxed atmosphere, with palm trees and the pleasant climate of South Finistère.

Numerous activities await you: aquatic center, golf, thalassotherapy, seaside strolls, or crossing the bridge to the charming port of Sainte-Marine. The region also boasts many sites to discover: the Pays Bigouden and its fishing ports, Concarneau and its walled town, Pont-Aven and its art galleries, and Quimper and its rich heritage.
