The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please gather used towels/rags and place on the floor of the bathroom. Please also wash any used dishes.
Please make sure all lights are off and doors locked upon exit. Return keys to the kitchen counter if used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is to be absolutely NO SMOKING inside or on the back patio. There will be a minimum $250 penalty if detected.
Do not wear shoes inside the home, please remove all shoes upon entry at the doorway.
Kitchen gray countertops stain very easily. Do not place glasses, cups, food or oils on them. Use gray towels to prevent grease splatter when cooking.
