Die Ausstattung und die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut. Es war fast alles da, was man brauchte, es fehlte nur ein richtiges Brotmesser. Geschnittenes Brot im Supermarkt oder Bäcker ist uns zu dick.Abends ist der Aufenthalt bei Decken- oder Stehlampenlicht z. B. zum Fernsehen beim Glas Wein, etwas ungemütlich. Kerzenlicht geht, allein dann zum Karten spielen zu dunkel.Die Betten sind prima, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist die Sauberkeit.Wir nehmen an, dass die Wohnung eine Zeit vorher nicht genutzt wurde. Spinnweben an Leuchten und Garderobe, Spinnennest in der Deckenecke, Staub auf Möbel und dunkle Haare auf dem Boden und den beiden weißen Decken sprechen dafür.Letztere sollten vielleicht einmal gewaschen werden, sie sind fleckig. Gleiches galt für die Tischsets, die beiden die wir genutzt hatten, haben wir erstmal gesäubert. In einem Zahnputzbecher, waren noch Reste von Vorgängern zu entdecken.Ansonsten wäre im Vorfeld wünschenswert, das FeWo Direkt einen Hinweis zur Bettensteuer in Münster erwähnt hätte. War ne kleine Überraschung.

Sehr saubere, große Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern (Doppelbetten) und großem Balkon in sehr ruhiger Umgebung am Stadtrand von Münster. Großer Marktkauf sowie andere Geschäfte nur 500 m entfernt. Gute Busanbindung keine 200 m entfernt, die direkt in die Stadtmitte von Münster führt (ca. 5 km). Mit dem Fahrrad kann man schnell entlang an Pferdekoppeln den Allwetterzoo, das Naturkundemuseum mit tollem Planetarium sowie den Aasee erreichen. Sehr nette Gastgeber, die im Nachbarhaus wohnen. Insgesamt absolute Empfehlung.

Alles gut aber die Wohnung überhitzte am Tag so dass man sie nur früh morgens und spät abends genießen konnte. Es fehlten microwelle Kehrblech und gescheite Messer. Etwas Zucker Tee und Kaffee wären auch sehr nett gewesen. Klare Angaben zum Internet und abfallversorgung war auch nicht da.

Wir waren im Februar hier zu Gast. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist sehr angenehm eingerichtet. Die hellen Räume und großen Fenster haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist einerseits sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem nicht weit von der Innenstadt entfernt.

Ideale Ferienwohnung

Für unseren Urlaub in Münster (22.06.-29.06.24 hatten wir die wunderbare Ferienwohnung am Rande von Münster gemietet, ländlich gelegen, völlig ruhig und dennoch stadtnah (ca. 2 km bis zum Aasee), ideal für Radfahrer und für Radtouren. Die Wohnung ist neu, geräumig, hell, mit viel Stauraum. Die Küche ist großzügig ausgestattet. Die Wohnung hat einen großen Balkon und es gibt einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Wir wurden äußerst freundlich empfangen und betreut. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt und würden sie immer wieder mieten.

Langes Familienwochenende

Schon vor der Anreise hat die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hervorragend funktioniert und Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Uns hat eine sehr schöne Wohnung erwartet und auch die Lage war hervorragend. Mit den Fahrrädern ist man schnell in der Stadt, am Aasee oder im Zoo. Und auch in der Nähe der Wohnung sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Woche in Münster

Der Empfang und die Schlüssel Übergabe haben super funktioniert. Der Strecke in die Stadt war mit dem Fahrrad gut zu bewältigen (auch für unsere 6 jährige) ansonsten war bis auf auf die Gartenstühle alles super und vor allem sauber.

Aufenthalt mit Hindernissen

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön gelegen am Rande von Münster. Eine kostenloser Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung. Neben der Ferienwohnung wird ein Reiterhof und eine Gärtnerei betrieben. Der nahegelegene Wald ist gut erreichbar und bietet schöne Spazier-Möglichkeiten. Die Ferienwohnung war zu einem grossen Teil in Ordnung. Sie ist zweckmässig eingerichtet - es ist soweit alles für einen Urlaub vorhanden (Bett- und Frottee-Wäsche, Geschirr). Lediglich die Küche liess zu wünschen übrig: Als wir die Küchentüren öffneten, kam uns Fettgestank entgegen. Genau so sahen auch die Pfannen und Töpfe aus. Vereinzelt war Kaffee in Tassen, die Kaffeemaschine war nicht gereignigt, ebenso der Backofen und die Spülmaschine. Die Vermieterin war zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes nicht vor Ort und konnte die Mängel nicht beheben (lassen). Ihre Empfehlung, das Geschirr im Geschirrspüler zu reinigen, blieb erfolglos (Fett war immer noch an den Pfannen). Sie bot an, am vorletzten Abend unseres Aufenthaltes die Mängel zu beheben. Dies nützte uns bei einem Aufenthalt von 6 Nächten wenig, wenn sie am Abend vor der letzten Übernachtung vorbeikommt. Schliesslich blieben die Mängel zum Grossteil des Aufenthaltes bestehen. Unser Anliegen, die Mängel mit einer finanziellen Reduktion des Aufenthaltspreises abzugelten, schien die Vermieterin völlig abwegig zu finden. Leider hat uns eine Flasche Wein und die späte Option der Mängelbehebung nicht zufriedengestellt. Die Bettensteuer wurde uns erlassen.

Die Wohnung ist echt schön. War beruflich unterwegs und daher alleine. Die Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor der Tür und verbindet die "Wohnung" mit der Altstadt Münster innerhalb von 15 Minuten in kurzen Abständen. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!
