Internet and WiFi sucked. It went out every 40 minutes then reset. Impossible to watch a football game or basketball. Also impossible to do any work on computer without my personal hotspot. Property manager never resolved issue so I got tired of complaining. I expect it to work when paying 8 k for a couple of days.

While a reset was done during your visit, post-departure inspection revealed the modem needed replacement, which has now been completed. We regret the inconvenience and thank you for bringing it to our attention so we could resolve it for future guests.

Love everything about the stay except for no Air Conditioning. It’s advertised with Air Conditioning but to our surprised on the kitchen table is a laminated paper saying “due to no AC please open windows at coldest times of the day.” That disappointed us because we would have not booked knowing this. We had a room with a window so it wasn’t that bad, but for the other room with no window, that was a different story. Besides that our stay was amazing. Great location and great contact with host. I would rent again but only in the fall/winter. To hot for the summer with no AC
