Beautiful home and incredible location on Long Sands Beach with easy access to town and the road to Nubble. We loved the natural light on the main floor, enjoyed both porches, and the third floor master suite. The kitchen was well supplied and home had comfortable central air. We had our 13 month old crawling all around, and found the home to be suitable for a crawler. We did bring our pack and play, rented one baby gate and high chair. We are already looking forward to coming back next summer!

We had a fantastic stay! There were 4 adults and we had plenty of space to spread out and really relax and enjoy ourselves. The kitchen was well equipped and the furniture was super comfortable. Very easy property to navigate- parking, trash, in and out (electric digital lock), etc. I would highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay on York Beach in a lovely 3 story house across the street from the beach. Home was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. Location was great, minutes from Nubble Lighthouse and center of town.

The house was great and the view of the beach was fantastic. We stayed for weekend but would have loved to stay longer.
