This dog-friendly home located near the ocean is the perfect getaway for you and your family! This home consists of two smaller units that can be rented separately or together! Just a half-mile from this rental, check out the local shops and restaurants including the Cape Neddick Lobster Pound Harborside Restaurant. You won't want to miss out on all the amazing seafood while vacationing here! The home is just north of Cape Neddick, and three and a half miles from the center of downtown York. Walk half a mile south (only eight minutes on foot) to sunbathe and swim at Short Sands Beach, stroll one and a half miles south to check out the surf at Long Sands Beach, and head two miles southeast to admire the iconic Nubble Light at the tip of Cape Neddick.
