This is a VERY Clean, beautifully decorated, higher end home .This home is a duplex with 2 beds and 1 bath on each floor plus 2 fully loaded kitchens! The top unit can be accessed from the back steps.

Seaside Escape boasts a prime location, just minutes away from Wells' pristine beaches, renowned seafood restaurants, and captivating local attractions. Spend your days sunbathing, building sandcastles, or embarking on scenic hikes along the coastline. In the evenings, savor fresh seafood delicacies or catch a vibrant sunset over the Atlantic Ocean.

Step inside our thoughtfully designed home, where coastal elegance meets contemporary convenience. With 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 well-appointed bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 washer and dryers, and 2 fully loaded kitchens. Seaside Escape is the perfect retreat for families, friends, or couples seeking a memorable ocean house getaway.

There are two separate entrances, the bottom unit entrance can be accessed by the front door, the top unit can be accessed via the steps on the back of the house. Both entrances are controlled by electronic locks, after you book we will provide the door codes.

Guests will also have access to our shed which contains bikes, beach chairs, beach games, and yard games.

The garage space is currently off limits to guests.

Basketball Court: Engage in friendly matches and shoot some hoops on your private basketball court, perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy.
