House was great! Very clean! The only downside is that the hot tub was not available for guest use. The hot tub was one of the reasons we booked the house.
The place is very well laid out. Perfect for families to each have their own spaces. Place was very well cleaned. Loved all extra activities they included. There are quite a few nice little mom and pop restaurants in the area.
not hot tub, no ice maker . rest of house was perfect

Thank you for your feedback. We are happy you enjoyed this home. We sincerely apologize for the issues you have encountered during your stay. We'll continue to work closely with both our local staff and the homeowner to make improvements to this home, and we look forward to welcoming you back for another wonderful getaway in the future.
Everything was very nice. Except for the condition of the main deck. There were some rotter deck boards that someone could possibly fall through. Other than that the house was very nice.
We had a wonderful stay, the house was very spacious and clean. The a/c in each room worked well, the main living room smart TV as well. It was so nice to be able to do laundry in the basement! It does echo greatly everywhere. The kitchen is well organized and had plenty of baking/stovetop/utensil dishes, though we did need to wash several of them before use. The grill and movable firepit worked great! The couches were very comfortable. For giving the impression of a recent transition to rental use, it was well arranged and laid out in a sensible order.A few notes for improvement: the back deck had several soft/rotten boards, and the deck stairs are not up to building code standards. The basement stairs bottom step is not to code either, and needs caution tape to warn people about the sudden step down. One of my children got a massive splinter from the back deck (the boards are very rough and weathered), and another stepped on a glass shard in the living room (not from us, likely a previous traveler). We couldn't find any outlet covers, bathroom stepstool, or plastic dishware for child safety so we purchased some and left them at the house for future use. The stair gate was missing a few bolts and wouldn't latch, but we fixed it. Last thing: it would benefit to put a switch cover or lock of some sort over the emergency shutoff furnace switch in the basement stairwell, and possibly one to keep the utilities room locked as well. We could not get the game systems to turn on.
