Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in einem „historischen „ Haus, auf den neuesten Stand renoviert. Gutes WLAN ,,ausreichend Steckdosen. Die Lage ist Top, mitten im historischen Stadtkern in einer kleinen Gasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, für 2 Personen ideal. Es ist alles da, was man so braucht. Dieses sehr alte Haus, ich glaube Anfang 19. JH, ist sehr gut renoviert worden. Es gibt funktionierendes WLAN, ausreichend Steckdosen, ein moderner Fernseher.Die Lage ist super, mitten im historischen Stadtkern der Insel.

Sehr netter Kontakt mit Vermieter und Eigentümerin. Das Appartement ist klein, hat aber alles was eine Urlaubswohnung benötigt. Lediglich die Matratze war etwas weich und das WLAN funktionierte so gut wie gar nicht.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Lage im Gässele zentral und schnuckelig. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und unser Vierbeiner hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt, bis auf die glatten Böden, wo er zeitweise Probleme beim Laufen hatte. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen für ein paar Tage Erholung.

Die Wohnung liegt sc...

Die Wohnung liegt schön und ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Allerdings macht die Ausstattung einen sparsamen und lieblosen Eindruck. Das Besteck fiel auseinander (Plastikgriffe von den Metallbestecken), der Wasserkocher stellt sich nicht automatisch aus und darf in D nicht mehr betrieben werden. Der Duschkopf kann nur an einer Stelle auf etwa 1,5 m eingehängt werden (keine Duschkopfstange). Das Waschen der Haare geriet so zur Farce. Die fehlende Duschkopfstange wurde von uns bemängelt. Die Auskunft der Besitzerin, das es nicht möglich wäre, eine Stange anzubringen, ist in so Fern eine Schutzbehauptung, da ein zweiter Halter oben für die Duschstange noch angebracht ist. Schade, mit ein wenig Engagement und geringem finanziellem Aufwand wäre das einn erstklassige Ferienwohnung.

Schönes, ruhiges Appartement. Aber das beste ist die Lage, wirklich mittendrin auf der sehr schönen Insel Lindau und doch ruhig und gemütlich! Uns hat es sehr gefallen!

Wir waren 2017 dort ...

Wir waren 2017 dort und hatten einen tollen Urlaub! Alles sauber und gepflegt, sowie der Empfang war alles prima. Der Autostellplatz ist etwas weiter weg, aber auch das ist kein Problem! Ruhige Lage, und man erreicht alles zu Fuß. Und das beste: unser Vierbeiner durfte mit! :-) Wir kommen wieder!

Das Apartment liegt zentral auf der Insel in einem kleinen Seitengässele im zweiten Stock. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und die Übergabe war unkompliziert. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für ein paar Tage Urlaub benötigt. Es gibt ein kleines Bad und eine Wohnküche, in der sich eine Schlafcouch befindet. Wer gerne hart liegt, kann dort gut schlafen ;) Es ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung, wo sich aber wohl nicht jeder dran hält. Es roch sehr stark nach abestandenem, kalten Rauch. :( Ein Minuspunkt deswegen. Verbesserungswürdig wäre vielleicht die Anbringung einer kleinen Garderobe oder Haken für Jacken und eine Ablage für Schuhe. Sonst gibts keine Beanstandungen. Alles ist zu Fuß leicht zu erreichen. Ob man zum Hafen will oder etwas essen möchte, einkaufen oder einfach nur spazieren, alles ist in nur ein paar Schritten zu erreichen. Wir hatten trotz Regenwetter einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Tolle, niedliche und neue Wohnung mit perfekter Lage

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es war von Geschirr, Töpfe, Küchentücher, Spülmittel, bis hin zu Handtüchern, Föhn, Besen alles da, was man braucht. Kühlschrank, Tiefkühlfach, Ofen, Wasserkocher hat alles super funktioniert. Gern wieder!
