About this property

Colorful home with washer/dryer, AC & wood-burning fireplace in a lovely setting

Primary Renter Must be 25 Years of Age to Rent (Proof of Age Required)

Welcome to your cozy getaway, tucked into the trees! The lovely, colorful touches in this secluded home will put you in relaxation mode immediately. Start your day by stoking your wood-burning fireplace. Once it's happily crackling, step outside onto your deck (you've got two to choose from) with your morning coffee and contemplate the day's activities. The group's chef can take advantage of the full kitchen to whip up breakfast, using some of the included spices and cooking oil perhaps, and the whole group can confer about the day at the adjacent dining area. After a day spent outside hiking, skiing, or just exploring, return to your cozy nest, get the fireplace going again and grab a board game. Or, turn on the flatscreen with your favorite streaming show, and settle in for a soothing night.

Popular outdoor attractions include Lake Gregory Regional Park, Snow Valley Mountain Resort, and Snow Summit Ski Resort.

THINGS TO KNOW
The kitchen does not have a dishwasher.
Please use your discretion - 4WD is not required but may be advisable in winter.

Great cabin and smoke space for more people. A/c, heater works great, but no need if you like fresh air. The board games, laundry, coffee, and cage for pets was a nice touch

Nice Getaway

The property was clean and exactly as advertised. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, and the town and various attractions are only a short drive away. The staff was readily available when we had questions. I recommend this place for a mountain getaway!

The cabin itself was a nice and comfortable stay. Unfortunately, I ended up with sap all over my car as a result of parking in the driveway. An exterior detail of my car had to be done once returning home to mitigate the damage that exceeded the cost of our stay. This was not something that was anticipated and caused a stress that impacted our relaxation. Please be cautious if you choose to book here and protect your car.

Klein

Very quaint well appointed cabin. Perfect for a couple. We celebrated our ten year anniversary and it was beautiful. Parking is a little difficult. Location is very quiet but close enough to drive to the village for fun or Skyforest for hiking.

The house was clean renovated. However, the satirs were steep and challenging for us older folks. The beds and pillows very (too) firm and there were no blankets, just duvets. There was no info in the house about it's AC, TECH, check out proceedings garbage disposal.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that the steep stairs, firm beds and pillows, and absence of blankets affected your comfort during your stay. We understand how important these details are to a relaxing experience, and we truly appreciate you letting us know. We also apologize for the lack of information regarding the air conditioning, technology, check-out procedures, and garbage disposal. Clear and thorough communication is something we strive for, and we are sorry this was missing during your visit. We will be sure to share your comments with our local team so we can improve the guest experience moving forward. We value your feedback and hope to have the chance to provide you with a better stay in the future.

Great mountain getaway!

Loved our stay in this house; it was more spacious than expected and the surroundings are absolutely beautiful. It's a narrow and windy area to drive around, but within 10 minutes of the main stores in town. I'll say that the driveway is VERY steep, so be aware of that (especially if you're staying in conditions where there may be snow/leaves)! Other than that, would definitely come back to this one to stay again.
