Sehr gut für Pärchen oder Elternteil mit Kind geeignet.
Pros: Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Ruhige Lage. Kurzer Weg zur Bushaltestelle, so dass man das Auto während des Aufenthaltes in der Tiefgarage lassen kann.

Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt.
Pros: Es war sehr ruhig und sauber. Die öffentlichen Verkehrmittel waren in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Cons: Der Balkon hat zwar ausgereicht, aber für uns etwas zu klein.

Die Wohnung ist relativ neu (2019), liegt aber doch etwas abseits.
Pros: Der Vermieter hat uns freundlicherweise noch einen Toaster zur Verfügung gestellt. Es war alles sehr sauber beim Einzug.
Cons: Es fehlt ein Müllkonzept. Die Matratze und die kleine Couch sind für ältere Leute wie uns weniger geeignet. Die Wohnung hat nur eine Außentür (keine Fenster) und ist deshalb permanent etwas dunkler.
