The Anna duplex holiday rental accommodates up to 4 guests plus 1 toddler for a Baltic Sea holiday in Karlshagen. On the ground floor, you’ll find the living area with an open kitchen and access to the 15 m² terrace, which features a grill. The kitchenette, decorated in a classic, elegant white with wood-colored and slate-gray accents, is well-equipped and invites you to cook your favourite meals. It includes a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a microwave, a 2-burner induction cooktop, and a dishwasher, as well as useful small appliances such as a toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. The worktop is pleasantly lit by under-cabinet lights. That way, nothing goes wrong while you’re chopping vegetables!

At the dining table, high-quality upholstered chairs offer exceptional comfort as you enjoy your meal, plan your next holiday, or play a game of Ludo. The living area is rounded out by a modern and cosy seating group. Here you have access to media such as an LED TV with satellite reception, a radio, and Wi-Fi. The couch pulls out and can be used as a bed for one person. Also on the ground floor is the stylish bathroom with a shower, toilet, and underfloor heating. 

Across from the bathroom, a staircase leads to the upper floor, where the two bedrooms are located. The larger bedroom features a double bed and a permanently installed cot for your little ones; next door are two single beds. We’ll make up the beds for you—just feel right at home when you arrive! Both rooms have wardrobes with various compartments, providing plenty of storage space for your favourite clothes and personal items. Windows cut through the sloping ceilings—so Usedom’s starry sky serves as a natural nightlight!


Anna’s total living space is 58 m² and is especially recommended for families with children, as there’s plenty of room for the little ones to play. If needed, we’ll provide a high chair for a toddler free of charge. Towel packages (one bath towel and one small hand towel) can be added for a fee; bed linens are already included in the booking price. 

Free parking for cars and bicycles is available in the courtyard.



Karlshagen on Usedom: once you’ve passed the town sign and unpacked your bags, your holiday begins! Our Hafenquartier holiday home is located on a quiet side street near the Karlshagen harbour.

The building consists of 4 separate holiday apartments, all equipped with the same amenities. Each apartment spans 2 floors and has 2 bedrooms. The “Anna” apartment measures 58 square metres; the other 3 apartments are 55 square metres each. All 4 apartments are ideal for 4 people plus 1 toddler up to 3 years old.

Our holiday apartments can be booked individually or as a set of 2 apartments, and it’s also possible to book the entire property. The two middle units—the “Anita” and “Günter” holiday apartments—can be directly connected via a door.

Bicycles you bring with you can be parked and locked securely in the bike shed. Each apartment has at least one parking space available in the courtyard. If you’re arriving with multiple vehicles, there’s plenty of space available. Leave your car here! Parking in and around Karlshagen is subject to a fee.

You can borrow books from our book box, or feel free to swap out the holiday reading you’ve already finished.

Upon arrival, you’ll find the following basic supplies in every apartment: a shower mat, 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 tea towel, a sponge or dishcloth, 3 dishwasher tablets, and dish soap. You can add a towel package for an additional fee; it consists of one large bath towel and one small hand towel.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
