Not enough cleaning supplies had to purchase our own as well as trash bags and toilet paper. Floors were dirty and pee stains on our bed. Elevator broke had to walk up 9 flights of stairs and our bathroom shower was spraying on the ceiling causing us to think it was leaking… nice place to stay but a lot of things were not up to par for the price we paid
