Designed for relaxing getaways, family vacations, fishing trips, and lake days, this cozy Northwoods retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, space, and modern updates.
Recently remodeled from floor to ceiling, the cabin features all new appliances, bathrooms, flooring, windows, doors, and furnishings throughout. Guests will enjoy two comfortable living areas, giving everyone plenty of space to relax after a day on the lake.
Sleeping arrangements include: • 1 King bed
• 1 Full bed
• Twin beds
• Bunk beds
The large yard offers plenty of room for outdoor games, relaxing, and gathering with family and friends. Step outside to enjoy the brand-new deck, landscaping, and hot tub — the perfect place to unwind while taking in beautiful west-facing sunset views.
Guests also have access to a private dock on Upper Mission Lake, known for excellent swimming and fishing. The shoreline features a sandy lake bottom with shallow entry near shore and approximately waist-deep water at the end of the dock, making it a great setup for both kids and adults to enjoy.
Whether you're spending the day on the water, exploring the Brainerd Lakes area, or simply relaxing around the cabin, this property makes a perfect home base for your Minnesota getaway.

New beach has been constructed and easy access walk into the lake. New set of stairs at the end of the dock!! Sandy Beach and Sandy lakebed all the way around the dock!

Gorgeous cabin with a very functional outdoor space. This cabin was perfect for a 2 small families. Beautiful, cabin with ample space with all the necessities you need. Host was amazing and responsive. We'd stay there again.

House was incredibly clean and newly renovated as described. Simple and modern fixtures were nice. Deck area was very nice and large. Hot tub was an excellent addition! The hill down to the lake is definitely steep so the new stairs were appreciated. You wouldn't want to go up and down too many times though. Kayaks and canoe were awesome for our family to enjoy. The beach area had fresh sand but was pretty weedy with no rake to clean ourselves. The dock is pretty long and the kids could walk/swim out to the dock and further. We were hoping to do more dock fishing but not much luck catching or even seeing much fish of any kind unfortunately. Nice quiet road which is appreciated - not much for through traffic. Plenty of parking space for multiple vehicles. Ryan was quick to answer messages which is always helpful.

Why they chose this property

Very peaceful, quite neighborhood with very low traveled frontage road makes for an excellent place to come. Relax in the Brainerd Lakes area! Very close to Cross Lake Crosby or Brainerd Baxter! Many things to do and see when you're in the area!

What makes this property unique

Very large green space property with ample room to spread out and enjoy! Lots of parking across the street and in the large gravel driveway! Plenty of room for trailers or to set up a tent in the grass if needed!
