The open, modern kitchenette includes a microwave, a dishwasher, a 3-star refrigerator, and a ceramic cooktop. The smaller bedroom is furnished with a sofa bed (1.30 m x 1.90 m). From here, you can access the small north-facing balcony. A guest bathroom is available.


On the upper level, there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m, single mattress) and a large closet for luggage. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a shower, and a heated towel rack. From there, you can access the second balcony overlooking the spa gardens. The balconies are not wheelchair accessible.


The building has a bicycle storage room accessible via a staircase.
A free parking space is available at the building (parking space dimensions: width 2.20 m, length 4.40 m).
Free Wi-Fi is available to guests in the apartment. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.


From May 15 to September 15, 2026, a seasonal beach chair is available to you free of charge at the “Capolino” rental property.
