This spacious family home in Scharbeutz features 150 square metres of living space on the ground floor and upper floor, is equipped to accommodate up to 6 people, and offers special amenities for people with mild disabilities (not wheelchair accessible).

The large, approximately 70-square-meter open-concept living area on the ground floor features an integrated kitchen with a “whisper-quiet” dishwasher, an induction cooktop, an oven, an American-style refrigerator with an ice maker and a chilled drinking water dispenser, a Dolce Gusto espresso machine, and much more—leaves nothing to be desired. The cosy couch set, large LCD TV with Blu-ray player, unlimited domestic calling plan, and stereo system arranged around the tiled stove (guests must provide their own firewood), along with the cosy dining area, round out the living space. In addition, next to the living room is a separate, wheelchair-accessible bedroom with a 90 x 2.20 m nursing bed and an adjoining wheelchair-accessible shower room with a hair dryer, designed specifically for those requiring care. A guest bathroom is located right in the entryway of the house.

The ground floor features 3 separate bedrooms: one with a bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) and a Sony radio with an iPod docking station; a second multifunctional bedroom with a double bed (2.00 x 2.00 m), an LCD TV with a built-in PC and keyboard, a Sony radio, an iPod docking station, Wi-Fi for laptops, and headphones; the third bedroom features a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a work area, a large LCD TV with a Blu-ray player, and a Sony radio with an iPod docking station. The two bathrooms—one with a bathtub and hair dryer, and the other with a walk-in shower and hair dryer—round out the amenities.
(The staircase to the upper floor has open steps; there is no way to block off the stairs with a gate.)

The northeast-facing balcony overlooks the garden, while the terrace faces south and is equipped with patio furniture, a grill, and a beach chair. Guests can store their own bicycles in the garden shed. In addition, 3 Dutch bicycles (9-speed) and 2 children’s bicycles are available free of charge by arrangement with the upstairs apartment.

There is one parking space in front of the house. Rates are based on 5 guests; there is a surcharge of 40.00 euros per day for the 6th guest. Thanks to state-of-the-art lighting technology, you’ll enjoy a pleasant and unforgettable holiday here any time of year. No pets allowed! Non-smoking apartment. Not suitable for wheelchair users!

A garden shed provides bike storage, and the comfortable garden furniture, including a beach chair, invites you to relax.
